These Terms govern your use of the Kittypedi website and any purchase you make through it. By browsing the site or placing an order, you accept these Terms in full. If you disagree with any part of them, please do not use the site.

3. Using the site

You agree to use Kittypedi only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with other visitors' use of the site. Attempts to scrape content, abuse our checkout, or upload harmful code will result in access being suspended.

4. Products and descriptions

We try to display every product as accurately as possible — materials, dimensions and finishes are described and photographed with care. That said, screen colour and natural variation in wood and packaging mean small differences are possible. Products are subject to availability and may be discontinued or restocked at our discretion.

5. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in US Dollars (USD) at checkout and include applicable taxes where required. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, and full payment is required before your order is processed. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time, but a confirmed order will always be honoured at the price you paid.

6. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is only formed once we send you an order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, an obvious pricing error, or if the item is unexpectedly out of stock. In any of those cases you receive a full refund.

8. Returns and refunds

You have a 30-day outcome guarantee with no return shipping. The full process is set out in our Refund Policy.

9. Limitation of liability

Kittypedi is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or any product purchased. Our maximum liability for any single order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in this clause limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection rules.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, logos, layouts, code — is owned by or licensed to Kittypedi. You may view and share it for personal, non-commercial use, but not copy, republish or sell it without our written permission.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. The date at the top tells you when the latest version was published. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to consumer sales in the United States. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you have in your state of residence.
