Shipping policy

Where we ship

Kittypedi ships to addresses within the United States. We use established carriers to get your order to your door with tracking from dispatch to delivery.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum spend and no separate handling fee at checkout — what you see on the product page is what you pay.

Processing time

We aim to pick, pack and dispatch your order within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time

After dispatch, parcels typically arrive within 5–10 business days depending on your location. Total time from order to delivery is therefore around 6–12 business days.

Order cut-off

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on a business day are queued for processing the same day.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends start processing on the next business day.

Carriers we work with

Depending on routing, your parcel may travel with one of the following partners:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx

Tracking your parcel

Every order ships with a tracking number. Once your parcel is on the way you will receive an email with the tracking link so you can follow it from our warehouse to your door.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels

If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 days, or your parcel arrives damaged, please email info@kittypedi.shop within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as we can.
