Refund policy

If something is not right, we make the return process as easy as possible.

30-day outcome guarantee

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a refund. If your cat's claws are not visibly shorter after thirty days of regular use, email us — we'll refund you in full, no return shipping required.

Returns are free

We do not charge restocking fees or any other hidden costs on returns. Most refunds do not require a return at all — keep the box, donate it to a shelter, or pass it to a neighbour with a clipper-shy cat.

How to start a return or refund

Email us at info@kittypedi.shop with your order number and a quick note about what is not working. We reply within one business day with the next step. Please wait for our reply before shipping anything back, if a return turns out to be needed.

When you get your refund

Once we approve the refund, we process it within 5 business days. The amount goes back to the original payment method. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it on your statement.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund — no return shipping required on your end.

Items that cannot be refunded

Gift cards and items marked final sale are not eligible for refund.

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our process or applicable law. Any changes will appear on this page.
